Firstly, the service I received from you was excellent. Jenny (I think that's correct) went out of her way to try to obtain a particular paper for me that I really want. It isn't available but nonetheless she discovered that it is likely to be relaunched next year and has noted my interest to let me know when it is available. That is a service few would give. As it happened I decided to decorate the room I had intended the paper for anyway as I found a suitable alternative from you. This was despatched to me promptly and at a slightly lower price than most suppliers have sell it. Of course I will use your services again and naturally pass your details on to others as the service you provde is excellent. Thank you Wendy
