How do I request a quote?

To request a quote follow these steps:

  1. First, find the supplier in our product catalogue.
  2. Once you've found the supplier, click on the product you want from the lists to see the full details.
  3. Enter the colour and quantity you require, then click the Get Your Quote button.

If you are already logged in to our website, the quote will appear and will be automatically saved to your account for future reference.

If you are not logged in, or don't yet have an account, complete and submit the relevant form to see your quote.

I can't find the right product - what should I do?

If you've searched the product catalogue and still can't find what you're looking for, please use the Quote Request form to get in touch. You'll need to be registered with us and logged in to submit the request (you can do this as part of the request process).

How do I order a quote? Can I order more than one quote at a time?

To order a quote, click the My Account link in the navigation section at the top of the page, then click on Your Quotes in the menu on the left-hand side of the screen.

Once you've found the quote you'd like to order, click the Add to Basket link underneath the quote summary. You will then be redirected to a page that shows the contents of your basket and the order total.

If you'd like to order more than one quote, you can return to the list of your quotes by clicking on the link at the bottom of the View Your Basket page. Click the Add to Basket link underneath each quote you'd like to add.

The Order Process

Once you've added one or more quotes to the basket, you can start the order process by clicking the Place Order button on the View Your Basket page.

The first step of the order process is to enter the billing address - this must match the registered address of your credit or debit card. Once you've entered the required information, click the Continue button to proceed.

The next step of the order process is to enter the delivery address. Complete the new address form if you'd like the products to be delivered to an alternative address, or select your billing address from the list provided. If the products are being delivered to another business (e.g. an upholsterer or curtain maker), you can enter the recipient's name and/or reference number in the box at the top of the page. Once you're happy with the delivery details, click the Continue button to proceed.

The next page in the process stores the details of your order in our database. Click the Continue button to proceed to the HSBC payment portal.

The HBSC Payment Portal

Once you've reached the HSBC payment portal, follow the instructions to enter your credit or debit card details and complete the purchase of your products. Once the transaction has been completed, you'll be sent an emailing confirming your order details and will be redirected to the Kingdom Interiors website.

If at any time you change your mind, simply click the cancel button to return to the Kingdom Interiors website.

Can I place an order by telephone?

We appreciate that some customers don't feel confident about ordering products over the Internet, so if you'd like to complete your order by telephone then please call us on 01684 291037. You'll need the quote number(s) you'd like to purchase and your credit card details handy. We'll set up an account for you on our website, so you can track the progress of your order.

How are delivery charges calculated? What delivery options are available?

Delivery to the UK mainland is free, regardless of the number of items you order. If you require delivery outside the UK mainland please contact us first.

Products dispatched from Kingdom Interiors are sent via Amtrak on an overnight service (excluding weekends). Where possible we will provide you with the necessary information to track the progress of your delivery via the Amtrak website.

Products dispatched direct from the supplier are typically sent by courier; you should allow 7 to 10 working days for delivery. If we are advised by the fabric companies that there will be a delay in dispatching your order, we will advise you as soon as possible.

Why doesn't the background show up when I print the mood board?

By default, web browsers like Internet Explorer and Firefox are configured to not print background colours and images, to help you save ink. Follow these instructions to enable the printing of background colours...

  • Internet Explorer (All versions): Open the Tools menu and click Internet Options. On the Advanced tab, scroll down the list of settings until you reach the Printing section. Tick the checkbox next to 'Print background colours and images', then click Ok to save the change.
  • Firefox (All versions): Open the File menu and select Page Setup. Tick the checkbox next to 'Print Background (colours & images)', then click Ok to save the change.
